Warranty Return

This site is for U.S. customers of Toshiba Memory America, Inc. (TMA) only and that purchased their Solid State drives directly from TMA U.S..

If you are not located in the U.S. and purchased your Solid State drive from another Toshiba region you must contact your local Toshiba office.

Those U.S. customers or businesses that did not purchase their Solid State drives directly from TMA must return the Solid State drives to the place of purchase.  They are not eligible for warranty support in the U.S.

To check the warranty of a Solid State drive or to obtain an RMA online or to check the status of an existing RMA.

There are several possible paths to follow to obtain the Warranty Support you need.

Please review the options below and choose the one that best describes your current situation.

  • If you are not sure that the Solid State drive is defective or you are in need of Technical Support to help determine the problem with the drive please go to – or phone 1-855-898-1905 option #2 or go here.
  • If you purchased an internal / external Solid State drive from a retail store please contact the retailer you purchased the drive from.
  • If the Toshiba Solid State Drive came installed as a component within another device (such as but not limited to - a PC, Laptop, Server, etc.) then it must be returned to the manufacturer of the device.

    Your warranty is with the device manufacturer and not directly with Toshiba.

Product Returns

If you own a Solid State Drive and are in need of an RMA, please submit your request utilizing the online RMA login. Optionally, an RMA can be requested by calling our Return Material Authorization (RMA) center at 1-855-898-1905 option #1. Available Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST. Please read the Warranty Return Procedure for detailed information prior to submitting an online RMA.
