Operating precautions
  • For the usage of Mamolica™-enabled SD memory cards, see the Start-up Guide and the help information available with the Mamolica™ app. The help information about Mamolica™ is also available on this website.
  • Be sure to change the initial Mamolica password before using a Mamolica™-enabled SD memory card. Mamolica password is required for NFC communication and serves as a basis for the security of Mamolica™. Do not forget, disclose or leak your Mamolica password to an unauthorized person. If you forget your
Mamolica password, you will be unable to perform NFC communication with the card or initialize the card. Neither you nor we will be able to reset your Mamolica password.
  • The Mamolica™ app includes a card initializer. Initializing a card clears the lock settings of the card and erases all data stored in it. You can choose whether to enable or disable an initialization (by Settings). Disabling an initialization means that if you cannot change the lock settings or unlock the card, neither you nor we will be able to reset or initialize the card and the card will become unusable.
Limitation of Liability
  • We assume no liability whatsoever for any and all damages caused by fire, earthquake, third-party action, or any other such eventuality, and for any damage due to the intentional, negligent, incorrect, or improper use of a card under normal conditions, or use of a card under abnormal conditions.
  • We assume no liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any and all damages, lost profits, and claims from third parties arising from your use or from your inability to use a card.
  • We assume no liability whatsoever for any and all damages caused by your failure to follow any of the up-to-date instructions on the use of a card, including those provided in the Operating Precautions.
  • We assume no liability whatsoever for any and all losses or corruptions of any data caused by or relating to your use of a card.  (In no event, do we offer a data recovery service.)
  • We assume no liability whatsoever for any and all damages caused by malfunction or any other problems resulting from the use of a card in combination with a device or software.
  • We assume no liability whatsoever for any and all damages caused by your forgetting, disclosing, leaking, or being leaked to unauthorized persons of your Mamolica password.
